Cloud Club NZ reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments.
By placing an order you agree to let Cloud Club NZ act as an agent on your behalf to acquire vape related items and accessories.
Safety \ Limitation of Liability
Cloud Club shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any products or information on this website. We recommend that you store all of your vape related products locked up and out of reach of children and/or pets. Ejuice can be toxic if swallowed and/or orally consumed, in the event of oral consumption contact your local poison center immediately.
Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Our products may contain Nicotine depending on which product options you selected.
When placing an order with Cloud Club you acknowledge that the items being purchased are legal in your local jurisdiction, state and / or country. We take no responsibility for seized orders or any legal issues that may arise if the products are not legal where you live.
Orders must be paid in full including shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) before being fulfilled and sent out. If payment received is below the amount required we will attempt to contact the customer using the account details or shipping details that have been provided to us, if we are unable to make contact with the customer within three (3) days we will refund the full amount back to the account that money originated from.
In the rare event that we run out of a product that has been ordered we will attempt to contact the customer to see if a different product of equal value can be used as a replacement, if we can not contact the customer within three (3) business days we will ship the order without the product and refund the cost of the product back to the customer.
If we receive too much money for an order, the value of the over payment will be credited to the customers Cloud Club NZ account.
Cloud Club NZ may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Cloud Club NZ.
All orders are final and adjustments or changes can't be made once an order has been picked up by the couriers.
In the rare event that one of our staff mistakenly lists a product at an incorrect price, Cloud Club NZ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on non-consumable products if they are DOA (Dead On Arrival) or malfunctioning within three months of the original purchase date. If the product malfunction is caused by abuse or misuse (eg. dropping on floor, flooding of internal parts etc.) we will decline the return and the owner will need to cover the shipping costs for sending the item back.
We do not accept returns on consumable items such as ejuice, coils, cotton etc. if the item is not in its original, unopened state.
When a product is returned to us we will inspect the product, if the returned product qualifies for a return we will attempt to repair the product back to it's normal operating condition, if the issue can not be resolved or repaired we will attempt to replace the product with another product of equal value or we will offer a refund on the product minus shipping fees. If the returned product is part of a package deal where multiple items are bundled together we will offer a refund on the cost of the package deal minus the retail value of the additional items in the package and shipping fees. Please note that this process can take up to five (5) working days.
Refunds will be sent to the same bank account that the payment originally came from or a bank account that is nominated by the customer.
In our dispatch emails we may provide links to help track your order. Cloud Club NZ has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Cloud Club NZ. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cloud Club NZ, its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney-at-law fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.
